On December 2, 2019, the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Nuriddin Said met with UNESCO Regional Director Krista Picсat.
At the meeting, parties discussed preparation a project Memorandum of Understanding between the UN Regional Office for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO) in Almaty with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan.
At the end was noted that after the signing of the Memorandum, parties will have opportunity to improve cooperation in the field of education and science.
