PRE-GRADUATION INTERNSHIP FOR FULL-TIME STUDENTS IS COMPLETING

In order to conduct practices at a high level, the Institute has concluded cooperation agreements with more than 65 industrial enterprises.
This year, new cooperation agreements were signed with Anzob JV, Zari Sogd LLC, Vostokredmet State Unitary Enterprise and Expedition for the Geological Study of Radioactive Objects.
According to the plan of the educational process and the order of the rector of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan, students of the 4th year of the full-time and correspondence departments, as well as the 3rd year of the second higher professional education, were sent to undergraduate practice according to the following dates:
4 course full-time department – from 03/27/2023 to 04/22/2023;
4 course of the correspondence department – from 04/10/2023 to 05/06/2023;
3rd year of the Second Higher Education – from 02/27/2023 to 03/25/2023;
This academic week, pre-diploma practice for full-time students ends, starting from April 24-26 this year, reports will be defended.
At the suggestion of the specialized departments of the institute, graduates were sent to more than 40 industry enterprises and institutions, such as JSC “Aprelevka”, JSC “Zarafshan”, JSC “Mining and Industrial Company of Tajikistan and China”, JSC “Oil Sughd”, JSC “Angisht”, JSC “Anzob”, Sughd Regional Electric Networks, Distribution Electric Networks of Istaravshan, Khujand Electric Networks, Department of Environmental Protection of Sughd Region, LLC “Elegant”, State Unitary Enterprise “Kairakkum Geocomplex Expedition”, State Unitary Enterprise “Rare Minerals of Tajikistan”, JSC ” MNA-33″, JSC “MNA-31”, State Unitary Enterprise “Fon-Yagnobsky mine”.
Before the start of the practice, conferences were held, students were provided with educational programs and practice calendars, and instructed on safety, duties and responsibilities of students.
According to statistics, in the 2022-2023 academic year, 283 full-time students and 347 part-time students will graduate from GMIT, of which 99 students studied on a budgetary basis.
