Born on February 24, 1971 in the Republic of Tajikistan. In 1993 he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor of Rostov-on-Don State University of the Russian Federation named after M.A. Suslov graduated as a political scientist, teacher of political and economic sciences. At the same time, from 2002 to 2005 he studied at the Institute of Taxation and Law of Tajikistan, specializing in economics and law. In 2018 he entered the institution of the mountain college named after S. Yusupova entered the Tajik Mining and Metallurgical Institute and graduated in 2020 with a degree in mining. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor.
He began his career in 1995 in the Department of Methodology of Taxpayers of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and until 2000 he worked as an inspector, senior inspector, chief inspector and head of the department. 2001-2003 – Senior Lecturer of the Department of Taxation of the Tajik Institute of Taxation and Law, 2003-2006 – Head of the Personnel Department of the Tajik Institute of Taxation and Law, 2006-2007 – Head of the Personnel Department of the Tajik Economic Institute, 2007- 2008 – Chief Specialist of the Department for Regulation of Traditions and Celebrations of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008-2013 – Assistant to the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013-2014 – Head of the Employment and Social Protection Department, 2014-2017 – Chief Specialist of the Department of Social Development of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, in 2017-2018 worked as an associate professor of “Taxation and Taxation”, doctoral student-intern of “Economic Theory” of Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, in 2018-2020 State Mining College named after S. Yusupova under the Mining-Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan.
